Although we endeavour to keep our website as up to date as possible, we cannot guarantee that all products displayed on this website or in our catalogue will be in stock or available at all times. Due to the constantly evolving nature of the pottery and garden decor industry, we endeavour to offer both core lines, and more diverse or seasonal lines. These seasonal products are constantly evolving to provide customers with a fresh and competitive edge, and to satisfy the continual consumer desire for 'something new or unique'. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you can't find the product you need, as we can work with you to source and create customised products.

Ordering Guidelines

If a product is listed as a Set of 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 this means the product is only sold in the set configuration. For example, a 'Set/3' comprises of one large, one medium and one small pot, all packed inside one another. To maximise the total value passed on to our customers, we do not split up these configurations.

Measurements

Please note that measurements in this product guide are measured from the outer edge in centimetres (cm). Please note that due to the nature of some handmade products, some natural variance in size may occur.

Product Colours & Sizing

We take care to ensure we provide you with accurate colour descriptions and images however there may be reasons why the colour of your item on arrival is not as depicted on your screen.

1. Colours of products displayed on your computer monitor may vary from the actual colour of the item your are purchasing this is due to the high variance in colours from one computer monitor to another.

2. Many of our products are hand made and there may be natural variance in colour, pattern or size for this reason. We cannot offer refunds based on colours of products not being what you wanted so please choose carefully.
